Skyfisher Airways Limited has proposed to start its air services under Non-Scheduled Operators Permit in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and other eastern states. It has planned to make Jaiprakash Narayan International Airport, Patna as its main base in the eastern sector connecting it with Gaya-Bhagalpur and Varanasi in its first phase of operation. Skyfisher Airways Ltd will provide services in Daily passenger operations, Charter flights, medical emergency services and cargo in all the proposed routes.

In its first phase of operation Skyfisher Airways Ltd. has introduced two Cessna Grand Carvan 208B aircraft with seating capacity of 9 passengers and 2 pilots. In its expansion plan, the company will add Cessna Grand Caravan 208 B (Cargo) and subsequently Cessna Grand Caravan 208B (Amphibian).In the third phase,the company will venture into the rotary wing looking into its market demand.
